1. Who we are
Framework27 is a trading name of RITS Solutions LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 1309 Coffeen Avenue, STE 18929, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States ("Framework27", "we", "us"). You can reach us at hello@framework27.ai.
These terms apply to your use of framework27.ai and its pages. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. What this site is, and is not
This site describes our services to businesses. It is general information, not an offer that you can accept, and not professional, legal, tax or financial advice. Prices and service descriptions can change before an Order Form is signed. Nothing on this site forms part of a contract unless an Order Form expressly says so.
The site is intended for business users. It is not directed at anyone under 18.
3. Client engagements: the Master Services Agreement
Paid work (the Audit, the Sprint and the System) is governed by our Master Services Agreement ("MSA"), the Order Form you sign, and, where we handle personal data for you, our Data Processing Agreement. You receive all three before anything is signed. The summary below is for convenience only. If it differs from the signed documents, the signed documents win.
| Topic | What the MSA says, in short |
|---|---|
| Contracting party | RITS Solutions LLC, trading as Framework27. |
| Fees | In US dollars, excluding taxes. Where reverse-charge or withholding rules apply to you, you account for them. Audit: 100% before work starts. Sprint: 50% at kickoff, 50% at day 30. System: monthly in advance. |
| AI and human approval | Axis, our AI operator, does first-pass work. A human named to you in writing in the Order Form approves every ad, email, post or other customer-facing output before it goes live, and each approval is logged. See AI disclosure. |
| The Audit | Fixed scope and fee. Not refundable once work starts. Anything factually wrong or misapplied against the 270 rubric is corrected and reissued free. |
| The System | Three-month minimum, then month to month on 30 days' written notice. No exit fees. |
| The 90-day promise | If your 270 re-score on the sections in scope has not risen by at least 25 points over your baseline by the end of month three, we keep running the System without the monthly fee until it has, for up to three further months. It applies while fees are paid on time, approvals and access are kept up, and any agreed ad budget is spent. |
| Your accounts and data | Your Platforms stay in your name. You own your data, and the deliverables made for your business once paid. We keep our methodology, templates, prompts and automations, and export what we built inside your own systems when you leave. |
| Confidentiality | Mutual. Lasts three years after the agreement ends, and indefinitely for trade secrets and personal data. We do not name you or publish your results without written consent. |
| Liability | Each side's liability is capped at the fees paid and payable in the 12 months before the claim, with a separate cap for data protection. No liability for indirect loss. |
| Law and disputes | Wyoming law. Disputes go to binding ICDR arbitration (see section 9). |
4. Our content
The text, design, the 27-section framework, the 270 checks and scoring rubric, graphics and code on this site belong to Framework27 or its licensors. You may view and share pages for your own business use. You may not copy the methodology into a competing product or service, republish substantial parts of the site, or remove our notices.
5. Using the site properly
You agree not to: misuse the forms (including automated or false submissions); try to gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it; interfere with its security or performance; or use the site in breach of any law.
6. Information you send us
When you submit a form or book a call, you confirm the details are yours to give and are accurate. How we handle them is set out in our privacy notice.
7. Links to other sites
Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
8. No warranty for the site, and our liability
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is", without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the general information on this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited. Liability for paid work is governed by the MSA, not by this section.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms, and any dispute about them or the site, are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
Any dispute that is not resolved by good-faith discussion within 14 days will be finally resolved by binding arbitration administered by the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR) under its International Arbitration Rules. There will be one arbitrator. The seat of arbitration is New York, New York. The language is English. Hearings are held by video conference unless the arbitrator decides otherwise. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction, including in the United Arab Emirates under the New York Convention. Either party may still ask a competent court for urgent interim relief.
10. Changes
We may update these website terms by posting a new version here, with a new "last updated" date. Changes to these website terms never alter a signed Order Form or the MSA that governs it.
